Bradley Schools Unique Learning System
Download Case StudyBradley Schools are private, school-funded centers for students whose needs cannot be met in a traditional public school setting. The schools across Rhode Island and Connecticut provide educational programs for students with psychiatric and behavioral needs from preschool through age 22—over 400 are enrolled at Bradley School Providence.
The Challenge
Bradley School Providence’s teachers and administration wanted to ensure their students received individualized instruction but did not have a robust special education curriculum for support. Students weren’t progressing toward achieving grade-level skills, which discouraged the teachers and put the school at risk with compliance guidelines. The school needed a solution that provided a modified, standards-aligned curriculum with engaging content.
The Solution
After piloting Unique Learning System (ULS), Bradley School Providence found it to be the only online special education curriculum that provided comprehensive standards-aligned instruction that they did not need to modify.
