Dawn Scilex has proudly served her community as an educator for 27 years. As an administrator during the last 15 years, she has been a strong leader and mentor in the Pasco County School District. Dawn is known for being a turnaround principal who helps schools achieve great success in academics, school culture, and supporting the community. Dawn currently serves as CEO of Targeted Success and is Chair of the Education Department at Trinity College of Florida. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership.
