Regional Sales Executive

The Regional Sales Executive’s primary responsibility is to follow direction of Vice President of Sales, support and develop new and existing business revenue objectives of n2y. Candidate must have prior experience selling educational products. This is a remote, regional position which covers the Pacific Northwest territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting calls into target districts
  • Identify opportunity for all N2Y products
  • Identify key decision makers/influencers
  • Ascertain realist “timeframe” based on clients technical requirements
  • Obtain prospect commitment for future “on-site” appointment
  • Contact, support and grow established accounts:
  • Determine potential for add-on business and/or to maintain current business revenue levels
  • Set-up appointments as required focusing on specified account sizes as determined by the VP of Sales
  • Maintain all current contacts in Salesforce.com CRM and update as necessary
  • Initial response and qualification of inbound leads (from web site, telephone call-in, etc.)
  • Provide Marketing support for sales-directed promotions (Webinar promotions, educational seminars, training programs, etc.)
  • Assist Vice President of Sales with pre-scheduled conference meetings
  • Monitor client usage reports and communicate with VP of Sales on possible problem accounts
  • Target district account list development and management

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience selling educational products, services or software into the K-12 market. 5+ years required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university required.
  • Special education or speech language pathology degree or extensive experience working with students with disabilities preferred
  • SaaS/Ed-tech experience required.
  • Proven track record of exceptional sales performance exceeding set quotas.
  • Solid understanding of state educational trends, technology, and educational budget cycles.
  • Energetic, self-starter with strong work ethic and territory management skills.
  • A leader when conducting in-person as well as web based presentations for committee members or groups of teachers/administrators utilizing n2y’s management tools.
  • Input and monitor client information utilizing Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be a fast learner with strong presentation skills.
  • Extensive travel is required (75-80%)

Business Applications Project Manager

Under the general direction of the CTO, the Business Applications Project Manager is responsible for managing projects associated with the addition or modification of functionality within n2y’s core systems (ERP, CRM, Call Center, Reporting, etc.). The Business Applications Project Manager will work as a business partner to the internal customer to help evaluate current systems and processes in order to maximize efficiencies. He/she will then work external vendors to define and manage projects that support n2y’s business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business constituents, external vendors and other team members to develop projects from inception and takes responsibility to manage projects to completion.
  • Become familiar with overall operations of business applications and recommended enhancements.
  • Responsible for developing rollout/release plans for both new applications and upgrades to existing applications.
  • Responsible for managing multiple project tracks at once as assigned. Examples of project tracks are User Acceptance Testing, Interface Development and Implementation, Communications Planning, Training, Organization Change Management, Implementation Planning, and Post-Implementation Planning.
  • Develop the work breakdown structure for the track and develop associated time and cost estimates
  • Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for the design, build, and implementation of projects.
  • Monitor progress against the work schedule and make corrections as necessary.
  • Communicate progress of activities to the Management and stakeholders and propose solutions for problems that develop
  • Develop and organize criteria to evaluate 3rd party vendors and applications.
  • Produce internal and client facing status reports.
  • Develop and distribute meeting agendas in advance, lead meetings as appropriate and produce and distribute minutes from the meetings
  • Engage in change control processes as defined by the project
  • Collaborate with client team to collect, create, present, maintain, and store knowledge transfer assets.

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 5 years of equivalent work experience in project management related to enterprise business processes and solutions  
  • Ability to work with others to operational define problems, collect data, establish facts in order to make informed business decisions
  • Synthesizes complex or diverse information; collects and researches data; uses intuition and experience to designs work flows and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions
  • Demonstrated project management skills, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer staff
  • Maintain solid understanding of project management best practices, methodologies and terminology
  • Microsoft and ERP applications experience
  • Experience with Project management, collaboration and productivity tools - G-suite, Office, Project, Teams, Mavenlink, etc.
  • Experience with Enterprise Business processes
  • Experience working with Salesforce implementation and maintenance projects.
  • Prior Call Center or Process experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a continuous improvement environment

Inside Sales Manager

Under the general direction of the VP of Sales, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Inside Sales department and lead generation process. Major duties include: providing management communications to the Sales department; training & coaching Inside Sales Executives; monitoring & reporting on sales metrics; and managing the sales administration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inside sales team to include setting goals, monitoring activities, and providing reports and updates
  • Coach team members to develop their selling skills and maintain adequate sales pipelines.
  • Oversee resource planning, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure the Inside Sales program's success.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM system. Provide data quality checks weekly.
  • Assist sales teams with opportunity and quotation reviews.
  • Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create customer relationships, establish and maintain product market leadership and achieve long and short term sales objectives by providing solutions.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Inside Sales experience and prior management skills.

Senior Digital Strategist

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, the Senior Digital Strategist will focus on developing, managing and executing digital marketing lead strategies, processes projects, and initiatives in support of lead generation and sales enablement programs. The individual will also have tactical responsibilities for various marketing projects mainly focused on the public facing website and marketing automation to drive the entire lead lifecycle.   • Assist in managing of demand generation strategy and execution across a variety of print and digital channels to acquire, qualify, distribute, nurture and analyze inbound marketing and sales leads to align with revenue and profitability targets.  
  • Work with stakeholders and project manage the life-of-a-lead process, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and account-based-marketing (ABM) programs
  • Project manage outbound email strategy, planning and execution, including day to day execution of email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to define lead scoring, lead management and lead conversion to drive revenue.
  • Create and manage the process of list pulls for outbound email campaigns, focusing on improving the process through automation providing more visibility to email lists.
  • Responsible for management of marketing projects through Agile processes

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
  • 5 + years of experience in a digital marketing role or similar position.
