Inside Sales Manager

Under the general direction of the VP of Sales, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Inside Sales department and lead generation process. Major duties include: providing management communications to the Sales department; training & coaching Inside Sales Executives; monitoring & reporting on sales metrics; and managing the sales administration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the inside sales team to include setting goals, monitoring activities, and providing reports and updates
  • Coach team members to develop their selling skills and maintain adequate sales pipelines.
  • Oversee resource planning, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure the Inside Sales program's success.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM system. Provide data quality checks weekly.
  • Assist sales teams with opportunity and quotation reviews.
  • Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Create customer relationships, establish and maintain product market leadership and achieve long and short term sales objectives by providing solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or related field preferred.  
  • Minimum of 5 years of Inside Sales experience and prior management skills.
  • Hands on experience with CRM (salesforce) software.

Senior Digital Strategist

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager, the Senior Digital Strategist will focus on developing, managing and executing digital marketing lead strategies, processes projects, and initiatives in support of lead generation and sales enablement programs. The individual will also have tactical responsibilities for various marketing projects mainly focused on the public facing website and marketing automation to drive the entire lead lifecycle. This individual will be expected to facilitate and build working relationships with Sales, Marketing, IT as well as external agencies, vendors, and freelancers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in or leading Initiatives that include SEO, SEM, Digital Ad Placement, Website Strategy, CMS, Content Marketing, Social Media, Marketing Automation (Pardot), and Lead Gen/Lead nurture campaigns.
  • Execute, monitor, and refine marketing business processes, and workflows through automation.
  • Assist in managing of demand generation strategy and execution across a variety of print and digital channels to acquire, qualify, distribute, nurture and analyze inbound marketing and sales leads to align with revenue and profitability targets.  
  • Work with stakeholders and project manage the life-of-a-lead process, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and account-based-marketing (ABM) programs
  • Project manage outbound email strategy, planning and execution, including day to day execution of email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales to define lead scoring, lead management and lead conversion to drive revenue.
  • Create and manage the process of list pulls for outbound email campaigns, focusing on improving the process through automation providing more visibility to email lists.
  • Responsible for management of marketing projects through Agile processes

Webmaster

The Webmaster, as a member of the Marketing team, is an expert in supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company website, marketing analytics and digital marketing assets. This individual will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains functionality, appearance and accuracy of n2y public website using content management system.

  • In partnership with team, keeps the product/service specifications and additional information up-to-date for public website
  • Maintains and implements changes and updates to product descriptions, images, and specifications reflecting most current messaging
  • Maintains content integrity on websites, conducting random audits of live site content

Manages marketing automation tool (Pardot): reporting, analytics, integration with Salesforce.com CRM and public site

  • In partnership with team, uses marketing automation tool to create campaign tools such as landing pages, email campaign templates, sales and customer support tools, mobile, display banners and online advertisements
  • Maintain lists and execute campaigns.
  • Identifies appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports key metrics from campaigns
  • Creates and provides reporting on overall Marketing department metrics as related to company strategic objectives and Sales performance

Optimizes website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords or other content.

  • Recommends and implements continuous improvement, responsiveness and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Collects and analyzes Web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, or cost per click.
  • Manages tracking and reporting of search-related activities and provide analyses to marketing executives.

  • 3+ years’ experience with custom coding (X)HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript a plus In addition HTML5, CSS3, and W3C coding practices a must
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Possess a portfolio of past websites built and responsibilities of each project
  • Expertise with WordPress or other content management systems
  • Expertise with Pardot or other marketing automation systems.
  • Advanced skills navigating Photoshop and saving images for the web

The Unique Learning Systems Content Specialist is responsible for development of modified, standards-based curriculum through all stages: research and planning, manuscript creation, proofing, review and publication.

  • Follow ever-evolving guidelines to write content for modified, standards-based curriculum.
  • Revise, proof and review content for accuracy and appropriateness prior to publication.
