He specializes in adapting activities to meet the needs of all participants, including swimming, Ninja Warrior, yoga, and gymnastics programs. Mike is the co-founder of E3 Collective, which provides resources, including the book <em>Rosco the Raccoon</em>, for those with diverse abilities. He earned a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Morningside College.
